Design

Designing the right training curriculum and learning outcomes based on the results of various assessment tools in the form of training topics, session flow, methodologies, duration and its flow.

Deliver

Delivering of training programs based on the session flow by using tools and techniques in the form of PPT, audio, video, workbooks, worksheets, outward bound training’s and role play.

Derive

Deriving to a conclusion by doing post training progression mapping and identifying the gap’s in delivered training to measure learning effectiveness and if required re-deliver the training by changing the methodologies.
